Contract
Our Contractor option allows you to bring in top-notch professionals for a specific length of time or project. When the project is over, you can assign our contractor to a new project, hire them full time, or release them for us to reassign.
Permanent
Direct Hire
The Direct Hire model is a Success Based Search, meaning that a fee is charged only when one of our candidates is hired. We are so confident in our ability to deliver that should the initial match not be the perfect fit, we will work to find a replacement immediately
Contract-to-Hire
With the Contract to Hire model, there are no upfront fees, so you can “preview” a candidate on a trial basis while they remain on our payroll. If the candidate’s on-the-job-performance meets your expectations, you can then decide to offer them a direct employment position. Since our conversion fees for contract-to-direct hire are less than our Direct Hire fees (and decrease with the length of the contract employment period) you are saving money while evaluating whether the candidate is right for the job.
Internal Recruiting
The Internal Recruiting model places an experienced recruiter either on site in your office, or working as a virtual employee.
Fee Schedule — Direct Hire
Placement fees for Success Based Recruiting are employer- paid and are set at a percentage of the annual salary. There is no- fee obligation unless the applicant begins employment. The fee is earned if the candidate is hired directly or indirectly by the employer or any of its affiliates within one year from the date of referral by Life Science Recruiters of North America.
Fee Schedules —- Contract Hire
Placement bill rates are quoted based on individual pay rates, plus all applicable federal, state and local payroll taxes, disability and unemployment taxes, worker’s compensation coverage and all other like charges including limited employee benefits. Life Science Recruiters of North America warrants that all its employees are covered by Workers’ Compensation insurance. Placement bill rates will be quoted prior to an individual employee’s start date. Make these consistent.
Guarantee Policy
Life Science Recruiters of North America guarantees direct hire placements for ninety (90) days. If the employee hired through Life Science Recruiters of North America resigns without just cause, or is terminated for just cause within ninety (90) days, we will replace the employee at no additional cost. This guarantee does not apply if the scope of the duties has changed substantially or if the separation is a result of a general downsizing or reduction in force. If the placement fee is not paid within ten (10) days, the guarantee is null and void.
Life Science Recruiters of North America guarantees our contract employees for one day. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a Life Science Recruiters of North America contract employee and inform us before the end of the first working day, there will be no charge for that temporary employee.
